”This is one of the reasons why we’ve recently decided to present the 18th Art Film Fest via titles from its international competition section of short films. The assembled block consists of ten of the most-watched films from this year’s selection. This ‘Top Ten’ is an ideal sample of the wide range of themes and styles in contemporary fiction, documentary and experimental short film production.
